Bass Fishing in Florida Everglades and Lake Okeechobee has been a blast. The fishing in South Florida has been fantastic! We are do for cooler weather to move through South Florida. The cooler the mornings the more action on the water. Onboard for three days with Teri and Ray Calvert visit Florida from Texas.
The first day on Everglades the morning bite was great with flukes and speedworms. The afternoon the fishing was slow, but the scenic view of gators, birds is a tropical paradise. Lake Okeechobee for two days was great for topwater action and burning frogs across the top caught 30 more fish and on the last day we used livebait (shiners) and brought those numbers up. Lake Okeechobee has been having a great artificial bite and livebait will definitely bring up the numbers.
Thank Ray and Teri.
Till next time tight lines and good fishing….
