Blake goes Peacock Bass Fishing for his Birthday

Hi there, this is Captain Brett Isackson with another daily fishing report from Lake Ida.

Today I had out Jeremy Burson and his son Blake, today was Blake’s birthday!
Blake told his dad he wanted to go Peacock bass fishing for his birthday. Jeremy and family recently moving here, they haven’t had the chance to go out peacock bass fishing while here in Florida and heard about the incredible fight.
I told Blake, I hope you’re ready for this because we’re gonna possibly break you’re arm. The fast action, constant bite while moving around created a smile on Blake’s face that was totally incredible.

We did about (23) twenty-three to (24) twenty-four Peacock bass for the short time we were out today. Again using live-bait, moving in and out of the lake Ida canals and lakes.

Tight lines from Captain Brett Isackson and Happy Birthday Blake!.
